The only time anyone's personal information may be gathered is when a site visitor fills in one of our online forms, such as that located on our contact page and optionally provide your name, email address and/or contact phone info. This information is kept strictly confidential and never given out, shared or revealed to anyone outside our fellowship.
NAME FIELD
When this form is filled out, we suggest that you keep within the typical NA method of identifying yourself - For example: First Name followed by First Initial of Last Name.
OPTIONAL EMAIL ADDRESS / PHONE INFO
Simply put, we need to do all we can to help, and when you submit a comment, question or suggestion, we often need to be able to follow up on that submission, and therefore need a way to contact you.
